Sarah effectively leverages her experience and skills, from her journalism background, to succeed in communications and marketing positons. As a skilled writer with a strong understanding of the media industry, Sarah excels at creating content for all platforms. She is a creative, “out of the box” thinker who brings a wide variety of ideas and skills to the table. Sarah understands the importance of visual elements and has the ability to create captivating graphics, and video to enhance social media posts and communications efforts. Through her experience, at Jays Care Foundation, she worked on a team to develop brand marketing campaigns, and spearheaded a monthly newsletter that was distributed to key internal stakeholders. As well, she developed relationships with important media outlets, and coordinated and managed various media events.
